Christophe Deparday, the professional French Chef lives and cooks in Hungary since 2002. Christophe is more than interested in Hungarian Cuisine, one of his hobbies is to recreate traditional Hungarian dishes in a modern way. That is how he modernized Pencake Hortobágy Style a few years ago in Restaurant Lou Lou.
