It cools pleasantly and flies back in time. A real peaceful dessert, silky and soft. If you like it even colder, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream G
Great-grandma’s full of walnut cake
The family recipe and cake comes from our maternal grandmother, Edit, which can now be tasted here. Both the cream and the dough are made almost exclusively from walnuts. It is obligatory for us on family birthdays.
We experimented a lot until it became final. We like it very much because it is soft and goes well with the currant jam.
Slightly different from the original but delicately juicy. The apricot jam almost blends in with the chocolate batter and the chocolate glaze drives you crazy.

How does Mama bake? Well, in round cake tin, with crumbly dough and lots of cherries, also from the tastiest variety! Served warm!
Cottage-cheesecake with strawberry
We make it differently: we mix cold cream from the good kind of cottage cheese, froth and sprinkle fresh strawberries on top.
We have searched for the old recipe, since cream was made as early as the 16th century, it became really well known in the early 19th century. His ancestor is the vanilla pate. We dusted off our predecessor’s recipe a bit and one of our favorites came out of it.
Poppy seed cake with lemongrass cream
Poppy was widely used in folk medicine by our grandmothers. It is high in calcium, rich in vitamin E, C and B, as well as rich in zinc, which also helps growth and the immune system. Oh, and very delicious!

Coated pear cake from Sacre Coeur
This cake is specially made, the bottom will be the top, and when we turn it out of the form in which it is baked, the cinnamon-caramel baked pear juice soaks into the delicious cake. Ask for a scoop of your favorite ice cream!
